Shipping Damage: Please inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If any obvious shipping damage is discovered, immediately take photos and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, while also promptly notifying our customer service team for assistance. Shipping Method: Shipments traveling within the continental United States will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS.

Warranty

Diagnosis and Confirmation: Our technical support team may request further testing or information to determine if the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

Resolution Method: Once the warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or, depending on the circumstances, provide a product of equivalent value. Round-trip shipping costs will be covered by us for valid warranty claims.

Non-Warranty Resolution: If the issue is determined to be outside the scope of warranty coverage, we will offer a paid repair or replacement option.
