Shipping Coverage

MOCA currently ships within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.

 

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is available on all products when Free Economy or Standard Shipping is selected. Expedited shipping options, including two-day and next-day delivery, may be available for an additional charge.

 

Order Processing

Our standard handling time is 1 business day

 

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected and the destination. Standard ground delivery generally takes approximately 1–5 business days after shipment, while expedited services may arrive sooner.

 

Carriers & Tracking

MOCA primarily ships orders through UPS and USPS. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

 

PO Boxes

PO Box delivery is available only with eligible Free Economy or Standard Shipping services.

 

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier when appropriate. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact MOCA Customer Support and we will assist you with the next steps.
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or your order is missing an item, please contact us with your order information so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

Changing Your Shipping Address

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update the shipping address. Once an order has shipped, address changes may need to be requested directly through the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
